Anastasia Medvedeva is a Russian mezzo-soprano acclaimed for her vibrant stage presence and lyrical finesse. A graduate of the Ural State Conservatory, she made her debut in Stravinsky’s Mavra and quickly gained international recognition through performances in Monte-Carlo, London’s Cadogan Hall, and Germany’s Opera Classica Europa.
Her repertoire includes leading roles in Rossini’s La Cenerentola, Il viaggio a Reims, and La scala di seta, with appearances at the Piccolo Opera Festival (Italy), Teatro Rossini (Pesaro), and the Royal Opera House Muscat (Oman). During the pandemic years, Anastasia toured Russia as lead soloist in traditional Russian art songs with the Russian Public Ensemble, and has continued to perform in this genre. In 2024, she completed her postgraduate studies at the Ural Conservatory, preparing vocal cycles by Gavrilin and Wagner.
Anastasia continues to refine her craft through international training and performance, bringing depth, clarity, and charisma to every role.
